Vince Strawbridge

A Lakeland native and third-generation contractor, Vince has been immersed in construction his entire life, joining his father on job sites from a young age. He began framing houses at 19, started his own framing company at 21, and later transitioned into project management, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels.

With over 20 years of experience, Vince is passionate about setting a high standard of excellence in both service and relationships at Strawbridge Renovations. He and his wife Laura have four daughters and enjoy serving their community.

Nathan Baggett

Nathan began his career in construction at the age of 17, when he built his first house alongside his father. Since then, his experience spans a wide range of new construction and remodeling projects, specializing in cabinetry design and installation.

Nathan holds an A.A.S. in Business Management and has been a business owner since 2006. Nathan is passionate about providing quality craftsmanship at Strawbridge Renovations.

Nathan and his wife Keri have two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Selection Coordinator

Summer Strawbridge is a Florida native who has proudly called Lakeland home since 2015. She is married and a devoted mom to three girls and one Goldendoodle, balancing family life with her passion for helping others create beautiful, functional homes.

Here, Summer works closely with clients to guide them through selecting materials, colors, and overall décor. Her goal is to help turn each client’s renovation vision into a space that feels personal, cohesive, and truly like home.

Jeremy Weiss

Jeremy is an experienced construction and remodeling professional with a strong background built over more than two decades in the industry. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he moved to Florida in 2004 and has called it home for over 21 years. Jeremy proudly served four years in the United States Navy before spending 13 years as a block mason and transitioning into the remodeling and granite countertop industry in 2010.

Married since 2005, Jeremy is a devoted husband and father of three—two daughters and a son. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and is an avid NFL fan.

Andrea Johnson
Designer

With over 22 years of experience in cabinet design, Andrea specializes in creating thoughtful, high-end spaces with a strong focus on detail, function, and innovative storage. Her background includes custom cabinetry, space planning, and kitchen and whole-home renovations, along with collaboration on design councils for leading cabinet, plumbing, and appliance brands.

A Florida native, she has been married to her husband for 22 years and is a proud parent of two very active children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, fishing, baking, crafting, and traveling with family and friends.
