Here we present your space through detailed 3D renderings, complete with cabinet design, floor plans, and key details that bring the vision to life. We measure the space and collect all necessary information before moving onto the next step.

During this phase, we guide you through selecting materials such as flooring, tile, cabinetry, and countertops. We then coordinate and secure all necessary permits to prepare for the restoration process to begin.

Once all details have been finalized, we develop the complete construction plan. We review all final selections and specifications with you to ensure everything is approved before construction begins. One of the owners will be involved in the project and will oversee all subs and work while communicating with you until the job is completed.
